摘　　要：该文通过查阅相关文献,对民间常用草药野鸡尾的资源分布、形态特征、化学成分、药理作用及主要活性成分金粉蕨素的药理作用等的研究进展进行分类整理和综述。目前,从该植物中分离得到35种化合物,主要为黄酮类、香豆素类以及茚酮类等。药理作用研究表明,野鸡尾具有抗炎镇痛、解毒、解痉及抗肿瘤等作用,其主要活性成分金粉蕨素具有保护内皮细胞、抗动脉粥样硬化以及抗癌作用。To classify and describe the resource distribution, morphological characteristics, chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and main active ingredient onychin from the literatures of Onychiumjaponicum.Thirty-five compounds have been isolated from this plant, including flavonoids, coumarins, and indene ketone.Pharmacological research showed that Onychium japonicum has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, detoxifying, spasmolytic, and antitumor effects. Onychin is the main active ingredient, and it has endothelial cells protection, anti-atherosclerosis and anti-tumor effects.
