摘 要:为了优化低输量下阿独原油管道运行方式,托托站进行了收发球系统适应性改造,阿独原油管道进行了添加减阻剂试验。托托站越站工况下,FLOWCHEM减阻剂减阻增输效果显著,平均减阻率为32%~36%,平均增输率为24%~29%,最大输量达到2 218 m^3/h。分析了目标年输量下阿独管道间歇加剂、托托站越站及无人值守运行的技术可行性,并给出了管道优化运行方案。In order to optimize low throughput operation of A-Du crude oil pipeline, transmitter-receiver system suitability improvement was launched in Tuotuo station. A-Du crude oil pipeline proceeded adding drag reducer test. Under the working con- dition of Tuotuo transstation, the drag reduction and throughput increasing effect of FLOWCHEM DRA is obvious. The average drag reduction rate reaches 32% - 36%.The average flow increase rate reaches 24% - 29% and the highest rate of flow is 2 218 m^3/h. The technical feasibility of target annual throughput of the A-Du pipeline intermittent additive, Tuotuo transstation and unattended operation were analyzed. And pipeline optimization operation schedule is given.
