摘 要:因呼和浩特石化2015年夏季检修,长呼线于8月14日至10月11日采取超低输量间歇输送。文中对油温、压力、K值、油品物性进行分析。此次超低输量间歇输送计划45天,但因检修复产的不确定性,多次调整运行方式,确保管内油温可控,跟踪末站库存,最终完成超低输量间歇输送任务,为长输保温管道运行积累经验。Because petrifaction maintenance in summer of Hohhot petrochemical company in 2015, Changhu pipeline took ultra low throughput intermittent transportation from August 14th to October 1 lth. The oil temperature, pressure, K value and oil physical property were analyzed in this paper. The intermittent transportation plan for ultra low transmission amount is 45 days, but because of uncertainty of overhaul the resumption, operation mode was adjusted several times, ensuring the tube oil temperature controllable, tracking the inventory at the end station, ultimately completing ultra low throughput intermittent transportation, accumulating experience for long distance pipeline insulation operation.
