摘　　要：中医药简便价廉,在"治未病"领域积累了丰富的经验,但在基本公共卫生服务项目中,仅涉及针对老年人和儿童的中医药健康管理项目。《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》中已提出中医药的应用。本文通过文献研究,梳理中医药在基本公共卫生服务中的政策、基层中医医疗机构的发展现状,结合基本公共卫生服务的要求,提出中医药服务纳入国家基本公共卫生服务项目的可行性。Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is convenient and inexpensive, and it has many experiences in ＂cure not ill＂ therapies. However, besides the elderly and children＇s health management program of TCMin 2013 ,there is no other projects in the basic public health serv- ices which is provided completely free. The national basic public health service specification that is made by the Ministry of Health began to men- tion the application of TCM. Through literature research ,this paper aims to card the supporting policies and discuss the present situation of grassro- ots medical institutions of TCM andthe characteristics of TCM, explore the path of putting TCM into the national basic public health services pro- jects by combining with the requirement of the basic public health services.
