摘 要:目的:对无锡市卫生的资源配置的公平性进行分析,为卫生行政部门优化卫生资源配置提供科学依据。方法:运用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数对2015年无锡市医疗卫生机构、床位、执业(助理)医师、注册护士4种卫生资源按人口配置和地理配置进行公平性评价。结果:2015年无锡市医疗卫生机构、床位、执业(助理)医师、注册护士的人口配置公平性基尼系数分别为0.08、0.25、0.21、0.27,地理配置公平性基尼系数分别为0.35、0.48、0.43、0.47。结论:2015年无锡市卫生资源配置人口公平性优于地理公平性,其中卫生机构配置公平性最高,护士配置公平性最低。Objective: To analyze the current status of health resources allocation equity of primary health services in Wuxi, and provide sci- entific basis for health administrative department optimizing the allocation of health resources. Methods: Adopting Lorenz curve and Ginl Coeffi- cient to evaluate demographic and geographic equity of resource allocation such as medical instituation, bed, practicing (assistant) physician, reqistered nurse in Wuxi, 2015. Results: In the aspect of demographic distribution, the Gini Coefficient of health institution number, bed number, doctor number and nurse number were 0.08, 0.25, 0.21 and 0.27, respectively. In the aspect of geographic distribution, the Gini Coefficients were 0.35, 0.48, 0.43 and 0.47 ,rcspectively. Conclusion: The demogxaphic distribution equity of health resource allocation was more reasonable than the geographic distribution equity in Wuxi, 2015.The allocation equity of organization was more reasonable and the index of nurse was the least one.
