摘 要:目的:对目前国内公立医院绩效研究的进展与热点进行分析,以期减少重复性研究,推进公立医院绩效改革。方法:对检索到的文献采用文献计量法分析历年发文量、期刊分布,并结合双向聚类法分析目前的研究热点。结果:当前我国公立医院绩效研究初有成效,主要包括公立医院绩效管理、战略绩效、绩效薪酬分配、内部绩效考核、外部综合绩效评价、绩效理论与方法 6个研究热点,但研究深度不够。结论:我国对公立医院绩效的研究存在重经济指标、缺乏以社会效益为核心的综合评价体系、评价重结果轻过程、指标体系缺乏实证研究等问题,有待进一步展开科学研究。Objective: To analyse domestic research progress and hotspet of public hospital performance in order to reduce repeated research and promote the performance reform of public hospitals. Methods: Using bibliometric method to analyze the amount of the calendar year distribu- tion, periodical distribution and hotspot research through the retrieved documents, and to analyse the present hotspot research combining with bi- clustering method. Results: We master our country public hospital performance current research has good results, but the depth is not enough. The research mainly includes six research hotspots of public hospital performance management, strategic performance, performance pay distribution, internal performance evaluation, external comprehensive performance evaluation, performance theory and method. Conclusion: There are some problems of the domestic research on public hospital such as too much emphasizing economic indicators, not forming a comprehensive evaluation system with the core of social benefit, paying more attention to result than process, lack of empirical research on index system. The research depth needs to be further improved.
