摘  要:目的:探讨卫生服务研究课程设计、教学内容和方法。方法:中美卫生服务研究课程教材和教学大纲的比较研究与学生问卷调查相结合。结果:中美高校均重视卫生服务研究的方法。美国更注重研究过程的系统性,没有卫生服务内容模块;中国课程模块较多而分散,且和其他课程有重复,缺乏研究设计的系统性训练。结论:在卫生管理专业结合专业特点开设卫生服务研究课程,重视研究过程和方法的整体性,将研究方法与对应案例和实践相结合。Objective: To explore the curriculum design, teaching contents and methods of health service research. Methods: A comparative study of health service research textbooks and syllabus in China and the United States was combined with a questionnaire survey for students. Re- suits : Both Chinese and American universities attach importance to the methods of health service research. The American universities pay more at- tention to the systematic nature of the research process, with no module of health service content. In the Chinese textbooks, curriculum modules are scattered and duplicated with other courses, but lack systematic training in research design. Conclusion: For the health management disci- pline, health service research curriculum should be set up, which emphasizes the systematic training of the research process and methods, and combines research methods with corrosponding cases and practices.
