摘 要:目的:调查2014年新疆首批住院医师规范化培训基地建设现状,为卫生行政部门完善住院医师培训基地建设提供依据。方法:选取新疆15所住院医师规范化培训基地医院为研究对象,对规范化培训工作相关人员进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:基地建设中信息网络平台利用欠佳;考核制度建设不完备、不能严格执行轮转计划与培训计划;大部分基地医院未将住培工作作为考核科室建设和带教老师绩效的重要指标,缺乏奖励机制,没有落实带教费用。结论:建议充分利用信息网络平台资源,不断提高监督管理水平与工作效率;严格执行轮转计划,完善考勤制度与考核管理;加大师资培训力度,不断规范师资带教方式与方法,建立质量评估及考核制度,提高住院医师规范化培训质量。Objective : To survey the state quo of standardized medical resident training bases in Xinjiang in 2014, and provide the basis for the administrative department of public health to improve their resident training bases. Methods: Responsible for the resident training of works in 15 resident standardization training bases conduct interviews and questionnaires, the survey results were analyzed. Results: Informa- tion network platform was with poor, incomplete assessment system construction, relaxed rotation plan and training plan. Most base hospitals did not take live work as the inspection department construction and teacher performance indicators. Lack of incentives, no teaching fees led to hos- pitals and departments and areas teachers" lack of enthusiasm. Conclusion: We should make full use of information network resources, con- stantly improve the level of supervision and management and work efficiency ; strictly implement rotation plan, perfect the system of check on work attendance and appraisal management ; strengthen teacher training, constantly standardize the teachers teaching ways and methods, to es- tablish quality assessment system, improve the quality of resident standardization training.
