摘　　要：医学生教育质量保障体系研究,是高等医学教育发展研究的一个新趋势,健全的高校内部质量保障体系是实现研究生教育目标和提升教育教学质量的根本。本文结合新疆某医学院校研究生教育的实际,从设置宽口径、纵横结合的课程体系,注重过程管理的科研创新体系、实践创新体系,学术型学位和专业学位分类考核体系等方面,探讨构建医学研究生培养过程质量保障体系,促进医学研究生教育的健康可持续发展。To research the building of medical postgraduate education quality guarantee system is a new trend of development of high medical education. Sound university internal quality guarantee system is the basic to achieve the goal of postgraduate education and improve the quality of education. Combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang medical university postgraduate student education,the article build Medical postgraduate education quality guarantee system from setting up the curriculum system with wide aperture and vertical and horizontal curriculum, research inno- vation system of process management, practice innovation system connected with industry access standards, academic degree and professional de- gree classification assessment system and so on, to promote healthy sustainable development of medical postgraduate education.
