为膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用贺氏针灸三通法进行治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨为膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用贺氏针灸三通法进行治疗的效果。方法 :将近年来我院收治的84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)。为对照组患者应用芬必得乳膏进行治疗,在此基础上为观察组患者应用贺氏针灸三通法进行治疗,然后对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 :为膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用贺氏针灸三通法进行治疗可取得显著的效果,此法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To investigate the Hayes acupuncture curative effect of the therapy of three knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 84 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group（42 cases） and control group（42 cases）. The control group was given Fenbid cream treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the application of acupuncture therapy through three hayes. Clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 78.57%, and the control group was 61.90%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hayes three acupuncture method in treating osteoarthritis of the knee, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
