摘　　要：实行政府绿色采购,对于实现绿色经济和可持续发展,具有重要意义。因此,要实行广义政府采购,逐步扩大政府绿色采购的涵盖范围;完善政府绿色采购标准和清单;对政府绿色采购项目和合同标的物进行全生命周期成本分析,并合理确定政府绿色采购预算;要建立健全政府采购绿色工程建设项目的监督机制;政府采购要优先使用绿色产品和绿色创新产品。Green public procurement makes great contribution to achieve green economy and sustainable development. We should expand the scope of green public procurement and improve the green public procurement standards and lists to implement of the general green public procurement. Government should make reasonable determination of the green public procurement budget and whole life cycle cost analysis of the green public procurement project and contract subject matter. Establish and perfect the supervision mechanism of green public procurement projects. green products and green innovative products. Government procurement should give priority to the use of
