摘 要:大安油田D26油藏属于低渗透油藏,裂缝发育,优势通道明显,稳油控水技术难度大。针对此问题研制了预交联颗粒与二次交联凝胶的复合调剖体系配方:SD-410颗粒(粒径1-3 mm)0.01 PV +HPAM浓度1400 mg/L+JQ-1浓度200 mg/L+FJ-1浓度200 mg/L+促凝剂CA浓度50 mg/L+热稳定剂ST浓度50 mg/L。该体系在原油中最高膨胀倍数可达3.79倍,突破压力2.77 MPa,具有良好的耐冲刷稳定性,且能够适应D26油藏80℃的平均油藏温度,有效封堵大裂缝,具有良好的推广应用前景。D26 reservoir of Da’an oilfield belongs to low permeability reservoir, which has abundant fractures and obvious preferential path for flow, so it is difficult to stabilize oil production and control water. According to this problem, a compound profile control system formula has been developed, which involves 0.01 PV of SD-410 particle (particle size is 1-3 mm), 1 400 mg/L of HPAM, 200 mg/L of JQ-1, 200 mg/L of FJ-1, 50 mg/L of CA and 50 mg/L of ST. The highest expansion times can reach 3.79 and breakthrough pressure is 2.77 MPa, which has good erosion resistant property, and can be adapted to average 80 ℃ of D26 reservoir, thereby effectively plugging large fracture and having a good prospect of popularizing and application.
