摘  要:采用稳态共沉淀法合成了碳酸根插层的镁铁铝三元类水滑石,结合XRD、SEM等对合成样品进行了表征,重点研究了吸附时间、V(Ⅴ)初始浓度、污染液初始p H值等因素对水滑石去除V(Ⅴ)效果的影响。研究结果表明:合成的样品为Mg_(5.216)Fe_(1.456)Al_(1.400)(OH)_(16)(CO_3)_(1.424)·6.40H_2O(即MgFeAl-CO_3LDHs),片状晶体,片长50 nm^400 nm,片厚为15 nm^45 nm;1 g MgFeAl-CO_3LDHs对50m L浓度为45.15 mg/L的V(Ⅴ)污染液去除率为99.84%,且处理后V(Ⅴ)浓度为0.074 mg/L,远远低于钒工业污染物排放标准中最低浓度限0.3 mg/L;对V(Ⅴ)的吸附在热力学上更符合Langmuir方程,计算得饱和吸附量为18.56 mg/g;MgFeAl-CO_3LDHs不适宜在强碱性环境下去除V(Ⅴ)。In this paper,MgFeAl-CO3 layered double hydroxides was synthesized by constant coprecipitation method.The as-synthesized products were characterized by XRD,SEM analysis. The paper was mainly focused on studying the effects of initial vanadate concentration,contact time,and liquid initial p H valueon vanadateremoval by MgFeAl-CO3 layered double hydroxides.The results indicated that the as-synthesized sample was Mg5.216Fe1.456Al1.400(OH)16(CO3)1.424·6. 40H2O( MgFeAl-CO3LDHs),flaky crystal,length-diameter and thickness-diameter were 50 nm - 400 nm and 15 nm - 45 nm respectively.The removal rate reached 99. 84 percent in 50 m L solution at the initial vanadate concentration of 45. 51 mg / L with the adsorbent dosage of 1 g,vanadate anion concentration was 0. 074 mg / L after the adsorption,lower than the lowest concentration limit of 0. 3 mg / L by discharge standard of pollutants for vanadium industry.The equilibrium isotherm showed that the uptake of vanadate anion well agrees with the Langmuir equation,the saturated adsorption amount of MgFeAl-CO3 LDHs to vanadate anion was 18. 56 mg / g. Moreover,it showed adsorption of vanadate anion should avoid being used in alkaline.
