摘  要:某石化公司芳烃抽提装置设计能力40万吨/年,采用国外的工艺包,以乙烯装置的加氢汽油为原料,生产苯、甲苯和混合二甲苯产品。该装置存在的主要问题是抽余油中苯的含量偏高,能耗比较大。本文采用VMGSim流程模拟与优化技术,进行了提高装置经济效益的研究,提出了整体的解决方案,预期的经济效益显著。The Aromatic Extraction Unit of a petrochemical company is a unit with 400,000 tons per year design capacity. Thepygas feed is from an Ethylene plant. The technology used in this unit is licensed from a foreign company. This unit is to producebenzene, toluene and mixed xylenes. The main problem of this Unit is that the benzene content in the raffinate stream is too highthus not meeting spec and the energy consumption is relatively large. VMGSim process simulation software has been used extensivelythroughout this project and the functionalities of the software allow us to identify the problematic areas, verify our improvement ideasand quantify overall economic benefits. With the success of this project, we will continue to use the same approach to optimize theperformance of other plant units.
