摘  要:环境因子氮、磷是海洋藻类生长所必需的营养元素,海洋环境营养盐比例失衡的影响不仅会频频引发有害赤潮,也会显著影响水生植物的生长,氮、磷的变化首先会使浮游植物群落结构和种类组成发生改变,同时使它们作为饵料的营养价值也发生变化,氮、磷也是浮游生物生长的限制元素,会使以浮游植物为食的浮游动物的生长发育受到影响,进而影响到整个海洋生态系统。浮游生物作为海洋里的重要生物功能群体,研究它们对氮、磷的受限机制是很有必要的,同时有利于生态计量学在环境控制上的发展和应用。Environmental factors of nitrogen and phosphorus are necessary sources of nutrition for the growth of marinealgae and the imbalance of marine environmental impact nutrients will not only frequently lead to harmful algal blooms,butalso significantly affect the growth of aquatic plants.The changes of nitrogen and phosphorus will firstly bring changes to thestructure of phytoplankton community and the composition of species,and also vary their nutritional value asbaits.Besides,nitrogen and phosphorus are the limiting element for the growth of phytoplankton,and their change willaffect the growth of planktonic animals which feed on phytoplankton,thereby affecting the entire marine ecosystem.AsPlankton is an important biological function group in the oceans,the study on nitrogen and phosphorus limitation mechanismis necessary.Also,it is in favor of metrology,ecological development and application in environmental control.
