摘 要:西成客运专线跨越郑西客运专线同时跨越福银高速公路,公路与郑西客运专线斜交角度仅为14°。主桥位于第四层立交处,施工场地条件极为苛刻,既有客运专线运营对施工要求高,因此设计施工难度大。为取得合理的桥式方案以确保既有客运专线安全运营,解决本桥设计施工中技术难题,采用拟定各桥式结构尺寸、有限元分析、动力仿真分析等方法,对4种桥式方案进行对比研究。通过适用、经济、施工、安全等方面的比选,确定采用132 m简支钢桁梁顶推施工方案,本桥式施工方案缩短了施工周期,对既有高铁运营影响较小,顶推施工保证了施工安全。Xi'an-Chengdu dedicated passenger railway line crosses over both Zhengzhou-Xi'an dedicated passenger railway line and Fuzhou-Yinchuan expressway. The horizontal oblique angle between the expressway and Zhengzhou-Xi'an railway line is only 14 degree. The main bridge is located at the fourth level interchange. The construction site conditions are harsh and the operation of the existing Zhengzhou-Xi'an railway line poses great challenges to the design and construction. To obtain reasonable bridge type scheme that could ensure railway line operation and solve technical problems in the bridge design and construction,four schemes are compared by way of proposing structure size,finite element analysis and dynamic simulation analysis. The bridge type scheme of 132 m simply supported steel truss beam is selected through comparison in terms of applicability,economy,construction and security. This bridge type scheme could shorten the construction period with less influence on existing high speed railway operation. The parallel and drag construction method guarantees safe construction.
