摘　　要：在梳理和总结国内外政府社交媒体文件归档研究成果的基础上,对集体智慧和政府社交媒体文件的概念进行辨析,提出了集体智慧与政府社交媒体文件档案化管理融合的问题。同时,基于集体智慧的视角,分析了政府社交媒体文件档案化管理的实施主体、流程和策略,以期为政府社交媒体文件的长效管理提供参考。On the basis of review of the domesticand foreign government social media file archiving,this paper analysis the concept of government socialmedia files and collective intelligence, put forwardthe integration of collective intelligence and govern.ment social media files archival management. Onthis basis, discusses the implementing subject, pro.cess and strategy of government social media file ar.chival management. In order to provide reference forlong-term management of government social mediafiles.
