摘　　要：针对小面额纸币清分过程中依靠手工操作,劳动强度大、时间长及不卫生的问题,研制了一款小面额纸币清分机。该机由入钞口、导向机构、导钞、出钞口、计数5个部分组成,其核心技术部分采用纯机械结构,体积小、工作性能稳定。通过大量清分实验验证,分钞速度达到450张/min,准确率达到85%,可广泛应用于公交、地铁、零售业等每天需要接收大量小面额纸币的行业。During the distribution of small denomination notes relying on heavy manual operation, it is not onlyheavy labor intensity, but also unhealthy. A small denomination notes sorting is composed of five parts： notes entry,guide mechanism, guide notes, bank notes, and count. And its core technology uses pure mechanical structure, smallvolume, and stable working performance. Through a lot of experimental verifications, its speed of distribution notesreaches 450 min？1 or more, the accuracy rate as high as 85%, so it can be widely used in bus, subway and retailwhich industry daily need accept a large number of small denomination notes.
