摘 要:城市住房问题是困扰经济发展和城市化进程的重大难题之一,其实质是公共住房问题,即中低收入阶层的住房困难问题。广州作为中国重要的一线城市,是华南地区政治、经济、科技、教育和文化中心,近些年由于房地产行业的迅猛发展,不可避免地积累了一定的房地产泡沫隐患。因此,深入剖析广州市公共住房政策资源对城市居住空间、房屋租赁市场以及城市经营等方面的影响,对完善国家层面的公共住房政策系统具有重要的借鉴价值和示范意义。The urban housing problem is one of the important problems which puzzles the economic development and the urbanization process. The essence of it is the public housing problem, that is, the housing problem of the middle and lower income groups. Guangzhou as China's major cities is the politics, economy, science and technology, education and culture center of south China. In recent years, due to the rapid development of real estate industry, it is inevitably accumulated a certain real estate bubble risks. Therefore, we need conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact for public housing policy resources in Guangzhou city, such as urban living space, housing rental market and city management, etc. It has important reference value and model significance to improve the national public housing policy system.
