摘　　要：城镇化是未来中国经济增长和转型的重要引擎。通过分析当前城镇化面临的效率问题,包括城镇化土地利用效率低下,城乡和城市双重二元结构,城市环境恶化和城市体系结构不合理等问题,剖析其主要原因。提升城镇化效率,政府应改革土地制度、加强城市公共品的有效供给、纠正扭曲的城市体系结构,完善城市空间发展规划并采取可持续的城市发展战略。Urbanization is the engine of China＇ s future economic growth and transformation This paper analyzed current problems of urbanization efficiency, including low land use efficiency under urbanization, urban-rural and urban dual structure, deteriorating urban environment and the unreasonable urban system structure, and discussed its the main causes. To advance the efficiency of urbanization, the government should reform land institution, enhance the efficiency of urban public goods provision, correct the distorted urban system structure, improve urban spatial development planning and take sustainable urban development strategy.
