摘　　要：90后大学生已经成为高校学生的主体部分。在日常的生活和学习之中,90后大学生呈现出了独特的个性特征和心理特点,对大学生心理健康教育工作的开展提出了新要求,也带来了新的挑战。高校思想政治教育工作者可以大学生涯规划为重要载体,将生涯规划与心理健康进行有效融合,引导学生健康成长。The generation after 1990s has become the most numerous part of college students. In daily study and life, post-1990s college students have showed unique personality and psycho- logical characteristics, which presents new requirements and challenges to their mental health education. Ideology and politics educators in universities can use college students＇ career plan- ning as an important carrier and integrate it with mental health education effectively, so as to guide students to grow up healthy.
