摘　　要：基于科技查新团队的视角,剖析了大数据时代制约科技查新质量的主客观行为因素,提出了组建优势团队、唤醒查新责任意识、强化数据库使用技能、建立各类查新项目数据库等有效提高科技查新质量的保障措施。This paper, based on the perspective of sci-tech novelty retrieval team, analyzes the objective and subjective factors affecting the quality of sci-tech novelty retrieval in the big data era, and puts forward some supporting measures for effectively improving the quality of sci- tech novelty retrieval,which include organizing the outstanding team,arousing the duty sense in sci-tech novelty retrieval, strengthening the database-using skills, and establishing the databases of all kinds of novelty retrieval projects, etc.
