摘  要:通过台架试验的方法,使用AVL622燃烧分析仪测量并计算发动机燃烧噪声,对一台2L柴油机进行了噪声测试及研究。在此基础之上,通过对柴油机燃烧噪声产生机理及测量原理的研究,对降低燃烧噪声的方法,提出了相应的解决途径,并进行了分析。试验结果表明:通过推迟喷油提前角,降低气缸压力最大压升率;增加Pilot喷射;采用EGR技术等方法对降低燃烧噪声起到了决定性的作用。Through the Bench test method, the AVL622 combustion analyzer was used to measure and calculate .the engine combustion noise, and the noise test and research of a 2L diesel engine was carried out. On this basis, through the study of the mechanism and measurement principle of combustion noise of diesel engine, the method of reducing the combustion noise was studied, and the corresponding solutions were put forward and analyzed. The experimental results showed that the maximum pressure rise rate of the cylinder pressure was reduced by delaying the injection advance angle; the Pilot injection was increased; the method of EGR played a decisive role in reducing the combustion noise.
