摘 要:在开发研制1FJ转杯纺纱机时,将国内外部分新成果以及新技术运用到1FJ转杯纺纱机的设计中,其中就包括卷绕横动凸轮箱的自制化。该凸轮箱的横动采用变速(即机械变频不匀速运动)防叠,横动导纱行程150mm,最高引纱速度可达150m/min,在这样大行程高转速的情况下,既要将高速圆周运动变为急回往复直线运动,又要保证纺出的纱线在卷绕过程中往复一周而不出现叠绕现象,就其自身结构而言比较复杂,因此这是转杯纺纱机中的关键部件之一,本文现就对其防叠绕原理进行分析,为凸轮箱的自制生产从理论设计上提供依据。In the development of 1FJ rotor spinning machine, the domestic and foreign new achievements and new technology are used to design the 1FJ rotor spinning machine, which comprises a self- made winding traverse cam box. The transverse speed by the cam box (i. e. mechanical frequency motion) is anti-aliasing, the transverse guide travel 150mm yam, the highest speed can reach 150m/min, in such a large travel and high speed, which not only change speed quick return circular motion into reciprocating linear motion, but also to ensure the yarn spun in the winding process of reciprocating a circle without folded around phenomenon, its own structure is relatively complex. So this is one of the key components of rotor spinning machine, this paper is on the prevention of folded around the principle of self-production for cam box, to provide the basis for the theoretical design of the cam box.
