摘 要:目的通过对中国与越南边境接壤地区鼠类动物进行监测,掌握该地区鼠的密度及携带病原体的情况,为边境口岸鼠传染病的预防控制提供依据。方法于2015年3月-2015年12月采用鼠笼法和夹夜法对中越边境接壤地区鼠类动物的构成、密度进行了调查,并用胶体金法检测鼠携带病原体的情况。结果本年度监测共捕获鼠类动物845只,鼠总密度为2.42%,广西地区以褐家鼠、黄毛鼠为优势种,云南地区以黄胸鼠、小家鼠为优势种。共检测到46份病原体抗体阳性,阳性率为5.44%,其中28份肾综合征出血热、12份钩端螺旋体、6份莱姆病。未检测到鼠疫杆菌阳性。结论监测地区的鼠密度较高,需加强监测。鼠群所携带的病原体为病原钩端螺旋体、莱姆螺旋体及汉坦病毒。Objective To monitor the density and pathogens of rodents in China-Vietnam frontier regions and provide basic evidences for preventing and controlling rodents related infectious diseases. Methods The constitution and density of rodents were got by mouse cages and night traps in China-Vietnam frontier regions from March to December 2015. Immunological method was used to detect the pathogen antibodies in rodents.Results A total of 845 rodents were captured in a year and the whole density of rodents was 2.42%. Rattus norvegicus and Rattus rattoides were the dominant species in Guangxi region, while Rattus flvegicus and Mus musculus were the dominant species in Yunnan region. 46 rodents were detected positive, and the positive rate of antibodies was 5.44%, including 28 Hantaan virus samples, 12 Leptospira interrogans samples and 6 Borreria burgdouferi samples. No Yersinia pestis was found. Conclusion Surveillance should be strengthened as the density of rodents in this region was high. Hantaan virus, Leptospira interrogans and Borreria burgdouferi were carried by rodents in China-Vietnam frontier regions.
