摘 要:基于移动加载车对朔黄铁路重车线轨道刚度测试数据,分析不同道床清筛年份(反映了通过总重的大小)路基段、桥梁和隧道刚性基础区段轨道刚度分布特征,进而针对不同线路区段轨道刚度演变规律,采取轨道刚度和轨道刚度变化率作为评价指标,研究提出重载铁路各区段轨道刚度管理建议值。路基段轨道刚度管理采用轨道刚度变化率作为控制指标,轨道刚度变化率应≤20(k N/mm)/m;桥梁段选用轨道刚度和轨道刚度变化率2项指标,区段轨道刚度平均值应<340 k N/mm,轨道刚度变化率应<50(k N/mm)/m;隧道段宜按轨道刚度平均值≤330 k N/mm和轨道刚度变化率≤45(k N/mm)/m控制。Based on the track stiffness test data on Shuozhou-Huanghuagang heavy haul railway based on the mobile loading vehicle,this paper analyzed the track stiffness distribution characteristics of subgrade sections,bridge section and tunnel rigid foundation sections with different ballast bed cleaning years,and put forward the suggestion values for track stiffness management of different heavy haul railway section according to the track stiffness developing law of each section by taking the track stiffness or change rate of track stiffness as the evaluation index.The change rate of track stiffness should be used as the control index for track stiffness management in subgrade section,which should be ≤20(kN/mm) /m,the two indexes including the track stiffness and change rate of track stiffness should be adopted for bridge section,the average value of track stiffness should be 340 kN /mm and change rate of track stiffness should be 50(kN/mm) /m in this section,the average value of track stiffness should be ≤330 kN/mm and the change rate of track stiffness should be ≤45(kN/mm) /m in tunnel section.
