摘  要:劳动力的流动带来的养老保险关系转移问题不可避免,养老保险关系难以随劳动关系转移不但会阻碍劳动力的合理流动,同时也造成劳动者养老保险权益损失。本文以养老保险关系与劳动关系的联系与区别为起点,分析养老保险关系的可携性及其形成机理,指出养老保险关系可携性存在的现实问题,并提出解决养老保险可携性问题理想的制度选择。It is inevitable for the labor mobility to bring transfering pension problem. The endowment insurance relation with the rational flow of labor relations to transfer will not only hinder the labor, but also cause the loss of the rights and interests of workers. In addition, it's not conducive to social harmony and stability. This paper takes the connection and difference between the relationship of pension insurance relation and labor as a starting point to analyse pension insurance relation of portability and it's forming mechanism. It points out the realistic problems of the portability, and puts forward an ideal system for the portability of pension insurance.
