摘 要:为准确测量复杂电磁环境下特定频率的磁场信号,文中设计一种基于多层可级联PCB空心线圈的磁场信号测量单元。首先根据线圈的结构设计参数建立感应电压与磁场的线性函数关系式,接着构建带通滤波放大电路和锁相放大电路,滤除工频电磁干扰和增强测量单元的抗干扰能力。实验室单个、多个圆形载流回路磁场测量实验表明,磁场测量单元能够准确测量所需频率的微小磁场信号,误差在10%以内。实验结果表明,设计的磁场测量单元具有较好的性能,能够满足变电站接地网腐蚀检测时注入幅值1 A、频率1 k Hz的交流激励电流所产生磁场的测量需求。Under the complicated electromagnetic environment,this paper designs a measurement unit to measure the specific frequency signal of magnetic field accurately. Firstly, the linear function between the induction voltage and the magnetic field is built by the design parameters and structure of the measurement unit. Secondly,the bandpass filter amplifier circuit and the lock-in amplifier circuit are built to filter the power frequency electromagnetic interference and enhance the anti-interference ability of the measuring unit. The single and multiple circular current-carrying loop experiments in the lab show that the magnetic field measurement unit can detect the tiny magnetic field signal of required frequency, and the error is within 10%. The results show that the magnetic field measurement unit has a good performance,and meets the need of magnetic field measurement in the corrosion detection of grounding grid while the amplitude and frequency of AC excitation current are 1 A and 1 kHz.
