摘　　要：本文以《改变我们的世界:2030年可持续发展议程》为视角论述了遵循《联合国宪章》对实现发展权的基本保障作用。《联合国宪章》包含的以人民为中心、人格尊严与价值、大自由等基本理念指引着实现发展权的正确行动方向;它所确立的联合国宗旨和原则构成实现发展权的基本法律保障;它所表明的和平、对话和国际合作的价值观昭示着实现发展权的正确行动路径。From the perspective of ＂Transforming Our World： the 2030 Agenda for Sus- tainable Development＂, this article mainly focuses on the critical role of adhering to the Char- ter of the United Nations in the realization of the fight to development. For achieving the objec- tives of realizing the fight to development, the basic ideas of ＂people-centred＂, ＂the dignity and worth of the human person＂ and ＂larger freedom＂ embodied in the Charter lead the fight direction forward. The purposes and principles of the United Nations established in the Charter are the essential legal guarantees in the realization of the fight to development. The values of peace, dialogues and international cooperation reflected in the Charter indicates the fight ap- proach of action to realize the fight to development.
