曲晓璐辨治糖尿病肾病临床经验浅析

摘　　要：介绍曲晓璐辨治糖尿病肾病的临床经验。认为气阴两虚是本病之本,瘀血痰浊为本病之标,病属本虚标实,主张将益气养阴、活血化瘀消浊贯穿治疗始终。以明代医家张景岳倡导的阴阳互济法为依据,以左归丸为基础,拟定以益气活血、滋阴补肾立法的"肾芪Ⅰ号"。This paper introduced the clinical experience of Qu Xiaolu in differentiation and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.She considered the deficiency of qi and yin as the pathogenic factors and the blood stasis and phlegm as the symptom.This disease presented asthenia in origin and excess in superficiality,and she proposed that the therapy of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and eliminating turbidity should be throughout the whole treatment.Based on the method of yin and yang interaction which advocated by physician Zhang Jingyue in Ming dynasty and the formula of Zuogui Piu,prescription named ShenqiⅠwas developed to supplement qi and activat blood circulation,nourish yin and tonify kidney.
