白玉参景脉通汤联合常规西药对痰瘀互阻型冠心病患者脂联素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察白玉参景脉通汤联合常规西药对痰瘀互阻型冠心病患者血清脂联素水平的影响。方法将60例痰瘀互阻型冠心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组予常规西药结合中药白玉参景脉通汤。两组疗程均为2个月,观察临床疗效以及中医证候积分、血脂指标、脂联素水平的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、70.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,治疗组心悸、气短、胸脘痞满、身体困重积分及总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组胸痛、气短、胸脘痞满积分及总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,胸脘痞满、身体困重积分及总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组血脂各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),脂联素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,脂联素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白玉参景脉通汤联合常规西药可有效缓解痰瘀互阻型冠心病患者的临床症状,并具有一定的上调血清脂联素水平的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Baiyu Shenjing Maitong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on serum adiponectin in patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Baiyu Shenjing Maitong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine,with a course of 2 months.The clinical efficacy was observed and the changes of TCM syndrome scores,blood lipid indexes and adiponectin level were compared.Results 1 The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 90.0% and 70.0% respectively; there was statistically significant difference on the clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〈0.05）.2Comparison of treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the palpitations,shortness of breath,chest epigastric fullness,body weakness and total score in the treatment group（P〈0.05）,there were statistically significant differences on the chest pain,shortness of breath,chest epigastric fullness and total score in the control group（P〈0.05）.Comparison between the two groups,there were statistically significant differences on the chest epigastric fullness,body weakness and total score after treatment（P〈0.05）.3Comparison of treatment before and after,the differences on the blood lipid indexes in both groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,but there was statistically significant difference on the adiponectin in both groups（P〈0.05）.Comparison between the two groups,there was statistically significant difference on the adiponectin after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Baiyu Shenjing Maitong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease p
