摘　　要：对知母皂苷AⅢ的药理作用及机制研究进展进行综述。知母皂苷AⅢ是知母的最主要活性成分之一。研究表明,知母皂苷AⅢ具有改善学习和记忆障碍、抑制血小板聚集和血管扩张、抗肿瘤、降糖、降血压、抗炎、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗病毒和抗真菌等药理活性。This paper reviewed the research progress on pharmacological effects and mechanism of Timosaponin AⅢ.Timosaponin AⅢ was one of the major active components from Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.Studies showed that it had a wide range of pharmacological effects such as improvement of learning and memory deficits,inhibition of platelet aggregation and blood vessel expansion,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic effect,anti-hypertension,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-radiation,anti-virus and antifungal activity.
