摘 要:利用压电陶瓷测量了非真空环境下激光和LED的光压,并设计实验排除了热效应以及光伏效应.实验结果表明:照射光强和压电片的放电电流成线性关系,可以通过检测放电电流测量光压,并且对光频率没有限制.实验测得标称值为0.2 W的激光和1 W的LED的光压分别在10^(-10) N和10^(-9) N数量级.The light pressure of laser and LED was measured using piezoelectric ceramic in non- vacuum environment, the thermal effect and photovoltaic effect were ruled out. The results showed that the discharge current of the piezoelectric element was proportional to the irradiation intensity, thus light pressure could be measured by testing the discharge current. There was no limit to light frequency. The light pressure of 0.2 W laser has been reached the order of 10 ^-10 N range, and 1 W LED about 10^-9 N.
