摘  要:重点梳理了近年来微成形尺寸效应理论的研究进展,归纳总结了现有文献中关于微成形中变形行为的各种尺寸效应与材料屈服强度、塑性、抗拉强度、断裂韧性的关系,包括:晶粒尺寸、厚度尺寸以及两者之间的比值对屈服强度有重要影响;伸长率随厚度的增加而增加;抗拉强度与厚度尺寸和晶粒尺寸之间存在复杂关系;材料的断裂韧性与各种尺寸有密不可分的关系。并分析了这些研究结论存在差异的原因,同时,指出现有微成形尺寸效应机理目前存在有争议和亟待解决的关键问题。It was summed up the research on the size effect of micro forming in recent years,and the relationships among micro forming effect and material yield strength,plasticity,tensile strength,fracture toughness were summarized based on the existing literature on the deformation behavior including that as follows: grain size,thickness and the ratio between them have an important influence on yield strength; the elongation increases with the increase of thickness; there is a complex relationship between tensile strength and thickness size as well as grain size; the fracture toughness of material has an inseparable relationship with various sizes. Furthermore,reasons of the differences among the conclusions of these studies were explored. At the same time,it pointed out that there were some key problems in the mechanism of micro forming size effect to be solved urgently.
