摘  要:汽车覆盖件成形过程复杂,单凭经验设计模具会产生很多质量问题。用专业的有限元分析软件可预测成形缺陷,进而优化设计,提高产品质量。以汽车前纵梁外板为对象进行工艺设计,并利用PAM-STAMP软件按照设定的试验方案进行成形模拟分析。根据模拟分析结果,找出潜在的成形缺陷类型及具体位置,并以消除缺陷为目标,优化工艺补充面。针对优化结果进行模拟分析,获得了成形过程中板料厚度与压边力间的变化规律,优化了参数,确定了最佳成形方案。最后,设计了拉延模并通过生产出的合格产品,验证了模拟分析的正确性与实用性。The forming process of automobile panel is very complex,and it is easy to cause problems based on experience of die design.However,the forming defects can be predicted by professional forming analysis software,therefore,the design process is optimized and product quality is improved. For front longitudinal beam outer plate,the forming process was carried out,and the forming process was simulated by PAM-STAMP software based on experiment process. According to the simulation results,the type and position of the forming defects were obtained,and the process addendum surface was optimized to eliminate the defects. Based on the optimized results,the simulation process was analyzed,and the regulations of material thickness and blank holder force were given. Therefore,the process parameters were optimized and the optimum project was determined. Furthermore,the drawing die was designed and the qualified product was produced,and the correctness and practicability of the simulation analysis were verified.
