摘　　要：分析了无缝铝管固定穿孔针挤压工艺的特点,根据固定穿孔针挤压过程中穿孔受力和挤压行程曲线提出固定针挤压工艺技术路线。介绍了几种不同的固定穿孔针结构形式,提出一种外置液压固定穿孔针新结构,并分析了新结构的优点,给出了采用比例溢流阀和高频响比例阀联合控制的外置液压固定针穿孔系统控制方法。研究结果表明,采用新结构的定针精度可以控制在±1 mm以内。将研究结果应用在125 MN油压双动铝挤压机上并进行大型无缝铝管的挤压实验,得到了实际穿孔针的受力和挤压行程曲线,实验数据和研究结果吻合。The extrusion features of fixed-mandrel piercing for seamless aluminum tube were analyzed,and its process was put forward based on the curve of piercing force on the mandrel and extrusion route. Then,different fixed-mandrel structures of piercing were introduced,a new structure of fixed-mandrel piercing with external hydraulic fixation was proposed,and its advantages were analyzed. The control method combining proportional relief valve with high frequency sound proportional valve was given. The research result shows that the precision of the fixed needle can be controlled within ± 1 mm,and the extrusion test of large seamless aluminum tube was conducted on the 125 MN double action extrusion press by hydraulic transmission based on the above research result. The actual curves of piercing force on the mandrel and extrusion route were drawn. The test data are consist with the research result.
