摘  要:中轧区辊缝调整不当易使轧件在进一步扭转及后续轧制过程中产生表面折叠,为了减少折叠缺陷的产生,确定了高线中轧区合适的宽展模型,在满足孔型充满度条件下计算出辊缝调整的极限区间。参照辊缝调整区间,建立合理的有限元模型,模拟轧件在高线中轧区轧制变形过程,根据模拟结果,分析轧件变形及金属局部流动状况。研究发现,当中轧区辊缝超出调整范围时,金属横向变形过大,轧件容易产生耳子。辊缝调整范围在实际应用后发现可以有效减少表面折叠。Workpieces are easily folded in a further reverse rolling with inappropriate adjustment of the roll gap on mid-rolling zone. The appropriate spread model of high speed wire rod on mid-rolling zone was confirmed,and roll gap adjustment limit interval was calculated under the filling holes. The reasonable FEM simulation was established according to the limit interval,and the rolling process was simulated. According to the simulation result,the deformation characteristics and metal flow situation were analyzed. The results indicate that the metal lateral deformation is too large and the wordpieces are prone to produce ears when the roll gaps exceed the adjustment values. Finally,folds on the surface are effectively reduced after a reasonable interval is applied in the practical production.
