摘 要:重载圆筒式橡皮囊压机是我国航空制造业亟需的重要装备之一,但高成形压力、大吨位橡皮囊压机却主要依赖于进口,因此,实现高成形压力、大吨位橡皮囊压机国产化已成当务之急。针对高成形压力圆筒式橡皮囊压机的主要受力部件筒形机架的结构设计问题,选择筒形机架结构材料和理论计算建立了筒形结构设计模型,分析并优化了筒形机架的尺寸参数。通过对比分析,采用30Cr2Ni4Mo V代替35Cr Mo高强钢,确定了机架结构的尺寸参数,给出了35Cr Mo与30Cr2Ni4Mo V两种材料的适用条件;采用ABAQUS 6.10有限元分析软件对压机结构进行了强度分析。Overloading cylindrical type rubber bladder hydraulic press is one of the important equipment needed by Chinese aviation manufacturing,but this rubber bladder hydraulic press with high pressure forming and large-tonnage is mainly depended on import. So producing rubber bladder hydraulic press with high forming pressure and large-tonnage domestically has become a top priority. For the problem of structure design for cylinder frame,which was one of the main withstand pressure parts of rubber bladder hydraulic press,the structure material of cylinder frame was selected,and the structure design model was built by theoretical calculation. Then,the dimensional parameters of cylinder frame were analyzed and optimized. Furthermore,the dimensional parameters of cylinder frame were confirmed by steel30Cr2Ni4 MoV instead of high strength steel 35 CrMo based on comparison and analysis,and the usage condition of material 35 CrMo and30Cr2Ni4 MoV were given. Finally,the strength analysis of rubber bladder hydraulic press structure was conducted by ABAQUS 6. 10 finite element analysis software.
