摘 要:采用箱型-箱型-箱型-箱型-椭圆-圆孔六道次孔型系统建立棒材热轧几何模型,并确定轧制力数学模型。基于Deform-3D生成棒材轧制数值仿真模型,对250 mm×250 mm的P110石油套管用钢坯6道次热连轧过程进行有限元模拟得到了轧制过程中棒材的应力、应变及轧制力等参数的变化特点,验证了孔型设计系统的合理性,通过对比粗轧中轧制力矩的实测值和模拟值验证了有限元模型的可靠性。分析六道次的轧制力变化规律以及对比轧制力理论计算、数值仿真和实测值,结果证实了有限元模型的合理性,同时为保证轧材质量提供了理论依据。Geometry model of bars hot rolling was created by box-box-box-box-oval-round six-pass system,and the mathematical model of rolling force was established. Then,the six-pass hot continuous rolling process for 250 mm × 250 mm oil pipe P110 was numerically simulated based on finite element model established by Deform-3D,and the variation characteristics of stress,strain and rolling force were obtained to verify the rationality of design system with hole shape. Furthermore,the reliability of the finite element model was verified by comparing the measured values and simulated values of rolling torque in rough rolling,and the regulation of six-pass rolling force was analyzed as well as the calculation,numerical simulation and measured results of rolling force were compared. The results show that the finite element model is rational,and the theoretical basis is provided to ensure the quality of rolling products.
