摘 要:针对汽车用7039铝合金耐磨性较差等问题,试验制备了加入几种不同增强颗粒的7039铝合金基复合材料,研究加入了不同增强颗粒对7039铝合金加工特性的影响。在不同钻削速度和不同进给速度下进行钻削加工试验,得到各种材料的表面粗糙度、刀具钻削力及扭矩的变化规律。试验表明,7039铝合金及其复合材料的表面粗糙度随着主轴转速增加而减小,随着进给速度增加而增大;钻削力和扭矩随着钻削速度增加而减小,随着进给速度增加而增大;添加Al2O3的7039铝合金基复合材料的加工性能要优于其他增强体的复合材料,7039铝合金及复合材料的最佳钻削加工工况为主轴转速4 500 r/min和进给速度每齿0.1 mm;该研究为铝合金及其增强复合材料的加工制造提供参考。To solve the problem of poor wear-resistance of 7039 aluminum-alloy auto" body, 7039 aluminum-alloy matrix composites with different reinforced particles were prepared in the ex- periment and the drilling characteristics were researched. The change rules of the surface rough- ness, the tool drilling force and torque of different materials were concluded through the drilling experiments at different drilling speeds and feed rates. The experimental results show that the sur- face roughness of 7039 aluminum-alloy and its composites decreases with the increase of spindle speed and the decrease of feed speed. The drilling force and torque decreases with the increase of cutting speed and increases With the increase of feed speed. The drilling characteristics of 7039 aluminum-alloy matrix composites with Al2O3 particles are superior to the composites With other particles. The optimal drilling process for 7039 aluminum-alloy and its composites are set as 4 500 r/min of spindle speed and 0. 1 mm/tooth of feed speed. This investigation can be recognized as a reference for processing and manufacturing of aluminum alloy and reinforced composites.
