摘  要:我国新型城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,教育对于人的城镇化的价值表现在:通过提供优质公平的、具有针对性的各级各类教育,使农村转移人口具备现代市民的生活方式、人格特征和综合素养,提升他们的就业能力,从而提高他们的就业质量,增加经济收入,改善居住条件,最后使之真正融入城镇生活和城市社会。人的城镇化的本质是人的现代化,教育的使命在于提升农村转移人口的现代性,促进农村转移人口的全面发展并培育核心素养。In China, the key of the new urbanization is people's urbanization. The value of education for people's urbanization is: through providing high-quality, fair, and targeted education at all levels, to make the rural transferred population possess the lifestyle, personality characteristics, and comprehensive accomplishment of modem citizens; to enhance the rural transferred population's employment ability so as to raise their employment quality, increase their income, improve their living conditions, and finally integrate them into urban life and urban society. The essence of people's urbanization is people's modernization. Education's mission is to enhance the rural transferred population's modernity, promote their comprehensive development, and cultivate their key competeneies.
