摘　　要：尘肺是由于在职业活动中长期吸入大量二氧化硅、煤尘或其他粉尘,在肺内储留导致肺部出现弥漫性的矽结节、纤维化改变的一种全身性病症。王书臣认为,本病由于粉尘凝结伤肺,渐至瘀血痹阻肺络,耗伤正气,乃邪实致病,因实而致虚,形成邪实正虚,虚实夹杂,使得尘肺病缠绵反复、迁延不愈。临证治疗以活血化瘀贯穿始终,辅以通络宣痹、补肾益气。Pneumoconiosis is a systemic occupational disease caused by large amount of inhaled silicon dioxide,coal dust and other dust in lungs,which leading to diffuse silicotic nodule and fibrosis. Prof. WANG Shuchen thinks that,this disease is due to the coagulated dust hurting the lungs,gradually to form blood stasis blocking the collaterals in lungs and hurting healthy atmosphere. The excessive pathogen leads to the disease,and the excessive pathogen leads to the deficiency,forming the filled pathogen,weakened body resistance,simultaneous insufficiency and excessive. It makes the pneumoconiosis to be lingering,repeated and unhealed. WANG Shuchen thinks the blood circulation should be promoted to remove blood stasis throughout the entire clinical treatment,and dredging collaterals should be combined to release pain and tonifying kidney Qi.
