小青龙汤在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用

摘　　要：从方证相关的角度探讨小青龙汤在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用。小青龙汤可广泛应用于COPD外寒内饮证、痰湿(饮)阻肺证患者,无论急性加重期或稳定期,符合小青龙汤证者皆可加减应用,症见咳嗽、痰稀量多、甚或喘息、气短、呼吸困难等。以寒饮兼有表寒者最宜。This article will investigate the application of Xiaoqinglong Decoction（ 小青龙汤） in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） from the perspective of formula-syndrome relation. Xiaoqinglong Decoction can be widely used in COPD patients with external cold with internal fluid retention syndrome and phlegm-dampness accumulating in the lung syndrome. The formula could be used for patients of both acute stage or stable stage of COPD with the syndrome of internal cold fluid and external cold,the main symptoms including cough,much thin sputum,asthma,short of breath,and dyspnea.
