狼毒方熏洗联合复方青黛胶囊口服治疗寻常型银屑病血热证31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察狼毒方熏洗联合复方青黛胶囊口服治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效及安全性。方法将61例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。治疗组给予狼毒方熏洗联合复方青黛胶囊口服,对照组给予复方青黛胶囊口服,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组患者治疗前后皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分,评价临床疗效及两组痊愈患者停药后3、6个月的复发情况。结果治疗后两组患者PASI评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组愈显率为83.87%,总有效率为93.55%;对照组分别为60.00%及86.67%。治疗组愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组痊愈患者停药后3、6个月的复发率均为7.14%,对照组分别为20.00%、40.00%,治疗组总复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论狼毒方熏洗联合复方青黛胶囊口服治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效优于复方青黛胶囊单用,安全性良好。Objective To observe clinical curative effects and safety of fumigating and washing with Langdu Fang（ 狼毒方） combined with compound Qingdai Capsule（ 复方青黛胶囊） orally treating psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat syndrome. Methods Randomly divided 61 patients with psoriasis into the treatment group（ 31 cases） and the control group（ 30 cases）. The treatment group was fumigated and washed with Langdu Fang combined with compound Qingdai Capsule for oral administration. The control group was given compound Qingdai Capsule for oral administration. Treatment courses in the two groups were both 8 weeks. Observed scores of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index（ PASI） of patients in two groups before and after treatment. Evaluated the clinical curative effect,and the relapse of well-healed patients in the two groups at 3 and 6 months after stopping medicine. Results PASI scores after treatment in the two groups all decreased compared with that before treatment,and PASI scores after treatment in the treatment group was remarkably lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Curative rate in the treatment group was 83. 87% and the total effective rate was 93. 55%; those of the control group were respectively 60. 00% and86. 67%. The curative rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The difference of the total effective rates in two groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Relapse rates in the treatment group at 3 and 6 months after stopping medicine were both 7. 14%,while 20. 00% and 40. 00% in the control group respectively. The total relapse rate in the treatment group was remarkably lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of fumigating and washing with Langdu Fang combined with compound Qingdai Capsule for orally treating psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat syndrome were superior to compound Qingdai Capsule alone. The safety of combination therapy seems to be good.
