摘  要:为了提高板式逆流气-气换热器的显热效率,根据新风换气机实物原型,提出三种模型结构方案。通过CFX数值模拟软件计算,参照实验工况,分别对板间距为5mm、7mm、9mm的国际象棋式换热器温度变化和压力变化进行分析,为换气机的设计和生产提供参考。结果表明:新风口出口温度随送风速度的增加而降低;新风(排风)速度恒定时,换热效率随板间距的增加而明显升高,随室内外温差的增大而变大;随着送风速度的增加,新风侧通道内压力降显著增加。芯体压力降几乎不受室内外温差变化影响。In this paper, three kinds of model structures were proposed according to the prototype of fresh air ventilator in order to improve the thermal efficiency of the plate type counter current gas - gas heat exchanger. Through CFX numerical modeling software, referring to the experimental condition, temperature and pressure changes of plate spacing 5mm, 7mm, 9mm chess type heat exchanger were analyzed respectively. Results show: 1 ) The temperature of the air outlet decreases with the increase of the velocity of the air supply ;2)When the wind speed is constant, the heat transfer efficiency increases with the increase of the plate spacing, and increases with the increase of the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the room; 3) Along with the increase of the wind speed, the pressure drop in the fresh air side channel increases significantly. The pressure drop of core is almost not affected by the temperature difference between inside and outside of the room.
