摘 要:以红砂岩为硅质原材料制备加气混凝土,分析了红砂岩细度、蒸养温度和铝粉膏掺量对加气混凝土密度和强度的影响,通过正交试验确定加气混凝土最佳配合比,并借助XRD和SEM等手段对样品进行了微观分析。结果表明,当红砂岩细度为200目筛筛余6.8%,蒸养温度为185℃,铝粉膏用量为0.1%时,其最优配合比为:红砂岩58%、水泥12%、石灰28%、石膏2%,水料比0.62。所制备的加气混凝土符合A3.5、B06级加气混凝土优等品要求,其产物主要有托贝莫来石和C-S-H凝胶,并相互穿插胶结,形成良好的空间网状结构。The aerated concrete was prepared by taking the red sandstone as the'siliceous raw material. The fineness of red sandstone,the steaming temperature and the dosage of aluminum paste which would have effects on density and compression strength of the aerated concrete were investigated. By orthogonal test,the optimal proportion of red sandstone aerated concrete (RSAC) was determined. Then the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The orthogonal test results show that,the optimal proportion of RSAC is as follows:58% red sandstone, 12% cement,28% lime, 2% gypsum, the water-solid ratio is 0.62,when red sandstone mill to 200 mesh sieve 6.8%,the steaming temperature is 185℃ and the dosage of aluminum paste is 0.1%. The RSAC mentioned above meets the standard requirement of the A3.5,B06 superior product of aerated concrete,the main hydration products are tobermorite and C-S-H gel,which are interspersed and cemented with each other as net-construction.
