摘 要:西北地区村镇建筑大多采用火墙等间歇式采暖,能源利用效率较低。鉴于相变储热材料可以提高能源利用率,在现有研究基础上,对30~70℃的有机相变材料阻燃性能进行研究。分析了掺加卤系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂、膨胀石墨对相变材料阻燃性能的影响,通过试验验证了阻燃体系的稳定性,并根据试验结果分析了阻燃机理。结果表明:膨胀型阻燃剂性能更好,使有机相变材料的燃点提高了85℃;阻燃剂可提高材料的热分解温度和热稳定性。Village building in northwest area mostly adopts heating wall for heating which has low energy efficiency. In view that phase change thermal storage materials can improve the energy utilization rate, based on the existing research, the flame retar- dant properties of the organic phase change materials at 30-70℃ were studied. The effect of halogen containing flame retardant, expandable flame retardant and expandable graphite on the flame retardant property of phase change materials was analyzed. The stability of the flame retardant system was verified by experiments. Research shows that: the expansion type resistance flame retardant performance is better, so that the burning point of the organic phase change materials increased 85℃; Flame retardant agent can improve the pyrolysis temperature of the material and thermal stability.
