摘 要:采用正交试验方法研究了焦磷酸钠、硫酸亚铁、有机酸、硅灰4种不同外加剂及其掺量对氯氧镁水泥基复合保温砂浆耐水性能的影响。结果表明:外加剂的掺入能够明显改善氯氧镁水泥基复合保温砂浆的耐水性能,4种外加剂的最优掺量分别为:焦磷酸钠1%、硫酸亚铁0.7%、有机酸2.0%、硅灰7.5%,基于最优掺量所制备试件的3 d、28 d、浸水28 d、浸水90 d抗压强度分别为9.91、15.27、10.13、8.40 MPa,抗压强度软化系数达到0.66,质量损失率为5.54%,抗压强度衰减速率为-0.57%。The effects of four different admixtures Na+P2O7·10H2O,FeSO4·7H2O,C4H4O4 and silica fume and their dosages on the water-resistant properties of magnesium oxyehloride cementitious composite thermal insulating mortar were researched by orthoganal experimental method. The results of the experiment show that the admixtures can apparently improve the water-resistant properties of magnesium oxyehloride eementitious composite thermal insulating mortar, and the best combination of the four admixtures is 1%Na42O7.102O,0.7%FeSO4-7H2O,2.0%C4H4O4 and 7.5% silica fume. Based on the best combination,the compressive strength of its specimens after 3-day,after 28 d, after soaking for 28 d and after soaking for 90 d is 9.91 MPa, 15.27 MPa, 10;13 MPa,and 8.40 MPa respectively. The compressive strength softening coefficient of the specimens based on the best combination is 0.66,the quality loss rate is 5.54%,and the strength decay rate of the compressive strength is -0.57%.
