饰面型防火涂料阻燃性能评价方法的研究进展

摘　　要：饰面型防火涂料作为一种应用越来越广泛的新型涂料,其阻燃性能的评价是人们关注的热点。简要介绍了饰面型防火涂料的应用、分类、阻燃机理和涂料阻燃性能的评价方法。重点阐述了GB 12441—2005《饰面型防火涂料》规定的方法、单体燃烧试验法和锥形量热仪法在评价饰面型防火涂料阻燃性能上的研究。单体燃烧试验法既考虑了真实的火灾场景,又考虑了材料的最终用途,能更全面地评价饰面型防火涂料的阻燃性能。As a new type of paint used widely,the assessment of fire resistance for finishing fire retardant paint is a hot topic. The application,classification,fire resistant mechanism and the assessment method of fire resistance at home and abroad were introduced briefly at first. Then,the GB 12441-2005 standard test method,the single burning item test method and the cone calorimeter test method for the research on assessment method of fire resistance for finishing fire retardant paint were described in detail. With the considering of real fire scene and final use of materials,the fire resistance of finishing fire retardant paint can be evaluated entirely via single burning item test method.
