摘  要:以提纯硅藻土和粉煤灰为主要原料,并添加少量过硼酸钠制备无机调湿材料。通过静态吸附法研究原料组分和烧结温度对调湿材料的水分吸附-解吸性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对材料微观结构进行分析。结果表明,粉煤灰及过硼酸钠的加入,有利于提高材料调湿性能。随着烧结温度的升高,材料的调湿能力呈现先增强后减弱的趋势。当烧结温度为1000℃,调湿材料的配比为m(硅藻土)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(过硼酸钠)=80∶18∶2时,具有良好的调湿性能,吸放湿率分别达到7.8%和5.86%。In this study,the inorganic humidity control materials have been prepared by sintering a mixture of diatomite purified and fly ash as the main raw materials with the addition of sodium perborate. The influence of the composition and sintering temperature on performances of the samples will be studied by static adsorption method, and the microstructure of materials will be analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the addition of fly ash and sodium perborate will help improve the moisture adsorption-desorption performance of the humidity materials. In addition,with the increase of sintering temperature,the moisture adsorption-desorption performance of the humidity control materials first enhance and then weaken. The materials have been prepared by sintering a mixture of 80% diatomite, 18% fly ash and 2% sodium perborate at 1000℃,which possess the best humidity Control performance with the moisture absorption and desorption rate reaching 7.8% and 5.86%, respectively.
